Gymnastics training at home

When you like to perfect the exercises you learned during gymnastics. The AirTrack is the solution to be able to do this at home. This way you can train several times at home. You can think of a tumbling track, or airtrack floor mat.

In addition to air track for gymnastics exercises, the parts can also be used for freeruns, parkour, Tumbling, Tricking and Breakdance. All the products can be used at home. Air tracks are becoming increasingly popular and more and more people are buying modules for the home. Do you know anyone else who also has air tracks? Then you can connect these parts together.

Exercise for kids

If your child starts bouncing against the walls and is constantly climbing and rolling, chances are you have someone who needs to lose some energy with home gymnastics.

Make sure there is no furniture or hard surfaces in the area where your beginner gymnast will exercise and avoid movements that can strain young muscles or joints.

Incorrect exercise for young children can cause serious injuries, so make sure your future gymnast follows a simple training regimen and increases the difficulty very slowly as soon as the muscles become strong enough to do the job.

Here are some tips for getting started:

Rollers

Grab the air track set home edition and give your child exactly that space to roll within those lines. Give them a piece of paper to hold between their chin, and if it is practiced properly it should be left in place.

The cartwheel

If your child is already doing cartwheel, you can try adding that gymnastics skill to the mix and also give them a little less space to improve their shape.

Handstand

Stand at your child’s arm’s length while she practices standing up in a handstand, a standard beginner level gymnastics skill. Gently catching an unbalanced movement can keep her from falling to the floor and getting a little used to the balance. Fortunately, the air track is nice and soft so let them try it for themselves, but a little help in the beginning can help to find the right balance. And before you know it, they can walk on their hands back and forth on the mat.
