As a totally obsessed Kim Kardashian fan, I needed to try the waist trainer. Luckily now its easy to get cheap shapewear. Very cleverly I started my waist training day one was uncomfortable and while I may be a bit lazy, I am persistent, so I didn’t take it off until twelve hours later. What a relief. I was finally able to breathe again and my fat fell slightly on my hip line again. It felt wonderful … until the next day.
I was more psychologically ready for day two of the waist trainer. The second day I put on the corset, it felt better than day one. What a relief. That confidence boost and the idea of the progress I already made on day one helped me overcome day two in the waist trainer.
The corset is so tight that I will skip meals. Still, I want a waist like Kim so I stick with it. I accept it and I ignore it. I tweet about my waist training and hope it gets read and forgives my behavior over the past few weeks.
Halfway through week three, I realize that I am addicted to the waist and thigh trainer. I’m already seeing great results (I think I have a waist!) And eager to see how far I can go. I still haven’t exercised once. I haven’t changed my diet – except for the meals that I occasionally reduce because it simply doesn’t fit in a corset – after that
I have a high pain threshold, but sometimes it hurts. Still, I’m starting to love it. At first it feels great to take the corset off after wearing it for twelve hours, but after ten minutes I miss it. Then I want to put it on again. It helps my attitude. All of a sudden I love the side of my body. I see a thinner waist and I want it to always stay that way.
I eventually went to see a trainer, who also reminded me that its good to workout. Because now you only bind the muscles tight instead of actually using them. After three weeks of training and not wearing a corset, I put it on again, you can imagine how it felt.
